Rav has delivered complex, global digital technology strategy programmes, projects and software implementations in Management Consulting for Accenture & CapGemini, the UK Public Sector (Central as well as Local Municipal Government), Diageo (Global Head of Digital Compliance including GDPR and ePrivacy), Private Equity and Digital Startups.
He brings a deep understanding of leading complex transformational change and successfully led a London municipal government organisation through eGovernment Transformation and has also designed and implemented digital compliance globally including GDPR compliance, eCommerce PCI compliance, across digital channels: paid (e.g. programmatic advertising), owned (websites and native apps) and earned (all social media).
Entrepreneurial: Rav has founded and been the CEO/COO of innovative technology startups in San Francisco (where he lived and worked for 6 years), London and Frankfurt, including Artificial Intelligence Digital Health, HealthTech and Internet of Things middleware.
Rav started his career as a programmer and database analyst at Fidelity Investments UK and is highly experienced leading diverse teams in global environments. He has a deep and practical understanding of managing & driving business & digital strategy, change management, people engagement, business transformation, target operating model definition & organisational design with new processes, roles & responsibilities, shared services components, digital compliance & governance, and technology roadmaps.
Rav has an Executive MBA (Bayes Business School, London), Wharton Business Analytics and Google Squared Online certified, and is an APMG Certified Practitioner in Agile, PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) frameworks.
Rav is based in the UK and speaks English (native) and conversational Swedish.
