Dr. Komuro Hiromi is president of Japan’s International Metaverse Association. Her focus includes the application and promotion of the Japanese Metaverse ecosystem, attracting global technologies and products to support a prosperous development of Japan’s Metaverse economy. She is one of the leading Japanese experts supporting international collaboration on the Metaverse.

She is also President of NPO International Technology Exchange Association, which work closely with Japanese government, corporates, universities, hospitals to bring advanced technology and high-quality products of Japan to the world. One of these is the late Mr. Kazuo Inamori, known in Japan as the “God of management”, he was a famous Japanese philanthropist, entrepreneur and the founder of Kyocera and KDDI and former chairman of Japan Airlines. Dr Hiromi is mentored by Mr. Kazuo Inamori.

Dr. Komuro Hiromi has a EMBA and Ph.D. in Economics from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Education History from Kyoto University. She is Vice President of the Japanese Alumni Association of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
